• All U.S. orders will be delivered within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  
• To initiate a return, please contact us at madelovesick@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  
• We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
